Data Protection for TATHS
If you are a UK member you are probably bombarded by notices about the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) that come into force on 25 May 2018.
TATHS is subject to the regulations and we are required to inform you about your personal data that we hold and how and by whom it can be accessed. We have developed a Privacy Policy which explains the data we hold, how it is used and your rights regarding it.

Whilst we consider that TATHS has a lawful basis to process member’s data, as there are legitimate interests in providing membership benefits, we seek specific permission from all members to continue to use their data.
